As a Certified Wellness Practitioner, I've spent years exploring the beautiful connections between mind, body, and spirit through plant-based nutrition, mindfulness, and sustainable living. I've poured everything I've learned into my book, Radical Wellness: Pathways to a Healthy Body, Mind, and Planet.
